Silent Gliss chain/cord retainer

Cord and chain loops are a strangulation risk to babies and small children. Fix a chain retainer to the wall or window frame at the bottom of the loop of the cord or chain to help avoid this risk.

Note: the cord retainer requires additional fixing to a wall or window frame.
