Delivery & Returns
There is a standard charge of £5.95 for all orders sent within the UK. There are a few larger, oversized items that incur a £10.00 delivery charge. Long items, e.g. curtain poles, by courier to Scottish Highlands and UK islands may attract an extra charge - please ask before placing your order. For European destinations, please contact us for a quote for delivery, or click on the delivery quotation option at checkout. Unfortunately we do not ship items outside of Europe.
We will normally despatch your order within 2-3 working days, subject to stock availability. Orders are sent by First Class letter post or courier as applicable. Not all trimmings and tiebacks are stock items and these may take 7-10 days. Other special order items may take up to 28 days. If any item is out of stock, we will contact you.
Some items are sent by courier, and if no-one is in to take delivery, the courier company will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange delivery and return the goods to their depot. After 7 days, if no contact is made, the goods will be returned to us. We will do one of the following; contact you to offer re-delivery of the goods at your own cost or refund the cost of the goods less the original delivery cost and return delivery cost. Please note that in the case of made to measure items no refunds will be made.
Please check all goods on arrival. Claims for shortages and damages must be made within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace items lost or damaged in transit, but ask that you help Royal Mail to locate the lost parcel if requested. We may ask you to wait for a few days to see if your goods appear before sending a replacement.
If you wish to return your items then you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please either telephone us or send an email and we will issue you with a returns number. You then have a further 14 days to return your unwanted items to us, in†their original condition and packaging, at your expense, for a refund or an exchange.
There is no refund for samples that are returned. ITEMS CUT TO LENGTH, MADE TO MEASURE†ITEMS†AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY. PAINTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Colly Brook Fine Furnishings Ltd is not responsible for returned items that fail to arrive at our premises. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all products are installed correctly.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
